The problem
Stop building a lemonade stand!
Selling peptides as a commodity is a race to the bottom. Without strategy and process, businesses in this sector last less than five months.
You are not building a lemonade stand. Sales do not stop the moment a customer buys. Retention, acquisition and revenue expansion are what build longevity, and what separate a business from a stall.
Let me guess. Right now you are running the traditional sales funnel: customers in at the top, they purchase at the bottom, and you hope they come back. Do that and you will churn through the entire market and tap out.
The traditional funnel
The Vial Loop hour glass
The Vial Loop hour glass reads your actual figures and tells you which of the three levers to pull next, so the sale is where the revenue starts rather than where it ends.
Payments and orders
Create the order. Send the link. Watch it settle.
Raise an order, send a payment link, and follow the money from sent to reconciled without leaving the page. Every payment is matched to its order, so reconciliation is a glance instead of an evening.
Your customer approves the payment inside their own banking app, so there is no card number to type and nothing of theirs left stored with you.

Messaging
Every conversation, in one inbox.
Three ways in, one place to answer. Your About Me Links page, Telegram, and a chat button on your own site all feed the same inbox, and every message lands beside that customer’s orders, payments and reorder window, so you reply already knowing what they have bought and when.
About Me Links is a link in bio solution built into Vial Loop. Create your own clean bio link that does not scream that you are a peptide seller, but whispers to a customer to hit the chat button… Guess where they land? Right in your messaging feature inside Vial Loop.
Outbound leaves from the same place. Build a campaign for a restock, a deal or a launch, send it to the customers it actually suits rather than to everybody, and the replies come back into that customer’s own thread instead of into a separate tool you have to reconcile later.

Analytics
Numbers that tell you what to do next.
Revenue, orders, churn, active customers, average order, revenue per customer and lifetime value, in daily, weekly and monthly views. Every figure arrives with its own comparison, so a number is never just a number sitting on a screen.
The growth ceiling is where Vial Loop becomes more than analytics. Vial Loop uses your real acquisition, retention and customer spend data to calculate where your business is heading if nothing changes, including the point at which growth is projected to stop. Yikes.
But seeing the ceiling is only half the value. There are three levers available: win more customers, keep more customers, or increase what each customer spends. Pulling the wrong lever first can waste time and money. Vial Loop reads your numbers, identifies which lever is limiting growth and tells you what to focus on next, in the right sequence, at the right time.
So instead of discovering you’ve hit a plateau after it happens, you can see it coming and act early enough to move the ceiling higher.

Fulfilment and shipping
Paid. Packed. Shipped. Tracked. All from one order.
The moment a payment clears, Vial Loop moves the order into fulfilment and keeps everything connected from there. No copying addresses between systems, no hunting for tracking numbers and no separate spreadsheets to work out what still needs sending.
Connect your existing Royal Mail or DPD account and manage shipping directly from Vial Loop. Create labels from the order, bring tracking back automatically and watch each shipment move from Ready to Pack → Label Needed → In Transit → Delivered.
And when something goes wrong, Vial Loop brings it to your attention. Delayed or problem deliveries are surfaced on the order board, so you know what needs action before your customer has to chase you.
One order. One workflow. From payment to doorstep.

Social growth
Vial Loop tells you what to post next.
No blank page and no guessing. Vial Loop hands you the idea already written up and scored, with the evidence attached and cited, and every idea anchored to a named compound in the peptide knowledge graph.
That naming is what builds authority. Your posts, products and customer records all connect back to the same compound, creating a clear and consistent subject footprint across your business. That consistency helps search engines and AI answer engines understand what your brand is genuinely knowledgeable about, while Vial Loop tracks the journey from content engagement through to enquiry and purchase.

Customer activity
Everyone on your books, graded on how they buy.
Every enquiry, payment, parcel and reorder window lands on the customer’s own timeline beside their lifetime value. Out of that history Vial Loop grades each customer against their own pattern rather than a fixed calendar, so somebody who orders every three weeks is slipping at day twenty five and a quarterly buyer is not.
The grade is what makes the list worth opening: who is growing, who is steady, who is slipping while a message still reaches them, and who has already gone quiet. Revenue at risk is valued at what each customer normally spends, which is what they would usually spend next and not a prediction that they will.

Repeat revenue
The second order is the business.
A vial runs out on a schedule, so the next order has a date. Vial Loop measures the gap each customer actually keeps between orders, then hands you the ones who have reached it and the ones who have gone past it, with what that customer normally spends beside their name.
The list is ordered by what is worth contacting rather than by who happens to be newest, and it tells you which message to send. Somebody two days past a fifteen day gap needs a different sentence from somebody sixty three days past a twenty four day one.

Open banking payments
Paid by bank. Cleared in seconds. Shipped the same day.
Your customer approves the payment inside their own banking app. It arrives in your business account over Faster Payments, and Vial Loop matches it to its order the second it lands. Then the label for that order prints on the same screen, and the parcel is tracked to the door. One platform from the payment to the doorstep, and every job that used to be yours happens on its own.
- 01
Your customer pays from their bank
Send a payment link. They choose their bank and approve it in their own banking app, with the face or fingerprint they already use. That is the whole checkout.
- 02
The money lands in your account
It arrives in your own business bank account over Faster Payments, usually in seconds. Vial Loop carries the instruction, never the money.
- 03
The order reconciles itself
The moment the payment confirms, the order flips to paid and joins the pack queue. You know what to ship without opening a statement.
- 04
The label prints and the parcel is tracked
Print the shipping label from the same screen the payment landed on, then follow the parcel to your customer's door, with Royal Mail and DPD both connected.
Open banking is not a workaround. It is regulated payment initiation, running on the same Faster Payments rails your bank already uses. For a merchant that usually means money sooner, landing straight in your own account.
Money in seconds, not days
Card money waits on batches, holds and bank clearing. A bank payment usually lands over Faster Payments while your customer is still on the page, though a bank can hold one while it runs its own fraud checks.
No card chargebacks
There is no card, so no chargeback scheme, no scheme fee and no card network deciding for you. A payment can still be challenged: UK rules give a payer thirteen months to raise an authorised push payment fraud claim, and a receiving bank can be asked to fund part of the reimbursement.
Your account, your money
Payment initiation moves money from your customer's bank to your own account without it resting anywhere between. Vial Loop holds no balance and takes no custody, so it has nothing of yours to hold on to.
Nothing for your customer to set up
No card number typed, no account to create, and nothing of theirs left stored with you afterwards. It runs through the banking app they already have, wherever their bank supports open banking.
A cost you can predict
The provider fee and your Vial Loop rate, itemised per payment. No interchange, no scheme fees, no monthly minimum from a card processor.
Reconciliation that already happened
Every payment arrives attached to its order and its fee, so your accounting export is a click rather than an evening.
Open banking payments are initiated through an FCA regulated provider, and eligibility is that provider’s decision rather than ours. Vial Loop is the software around the payment and never takes custody of your funds, and no platform can promise how a third party will decide. Open banking carries no built in refund rail, so a refund is a payment you send from your own account and Vial Loop records against the order. UK bank accounts at launch.
The growth model
There are only three ways to grow.
More customers, more per order, more orders per customer. Every screen in Vial Loop pushes on at least one of the three, and the reason that matters is that the three multiply.
Lever 01
More customers
Social growth fills the top of the loop: content ideas tuned to what buyers actually ask, and every enquiry captured into the CRM instead of dying in the DMs.
Content ideas + enquiry capture
Lever 02
More per order
Purchase history and customer value sit on every profile, so the next payment link carries the right offer for that customer instead of a guess.
Customer value + payment links
Lever 03
More often
Depletion estimates open reorder windows, quiet buyers get flagged, and churn is caught while it is still a save.
Reorder engine + churn flags
Pricing
Every plan is the full platform.
The difference between plans is the subscription, the transaction rate, the support level and the onboarding help. As your business grows, your Vial Loop transaction rate falls, and quarterly billing takes about 10 per cent off any subscription.

Questions
Asked before you ask.
Is Vial Loop just a payment processor?
Not in the traditional sense. Vial Loop is not a payment gateway or merchant acquirer. Vial Loop provides an integrated open banking payment solution that lets customers pay directly from their bank account.
When a payment is made, Vial Loop automatically matches it to the correct customer and order, so you can move straight from payment → fulfilment → shipping without manually reconciling bank transfers.
Do I get all the features on Starter?
Yes. Every plan receives the core Vial Loop software feature set. Plans differ on the monthly subscription, the Vial Loop transaction rate, the support level and the onboarding help, never on core software.
When does my subscription start?
Not for 31 days. The Founding 100 get their first 31 days of platform access free, and the plan fee is charged upfront from then on. The free period is there because the early weeks of a new platform are the ones with the most setting up and the most going back and forth, and you should not be paying a monthly fee while we are still smoothing that out. Alongside it the transaction rate is 2% for your first 14 days, so the platform earns on your early orders rather than out of them.
What does the Founding 100 rate actually mean?
For your first 14 days the Vial Loop transaction fee is 2% on every payment you take, whatever plan you are on. After that it moves to your plan’s standard rate. It is a reduced rate rather than a waiver, and deliberately so: processing a payment costs Vial Loop money on every transaction, so there is a floor under what the platform can honestly charge and it is not zero.
Does Vial Loop ever hold my money?
No. Payments travel from your customer’s bank to your own business account. Vial Loop carries the instruction and reads the status, never the funds, and it will never ask for your bank login, password or a one time code. Onboarding is done with you rather than done for you.
How do refunds work if there is no card?
You send the money back from your own account, because open banking has no built in refund rail the way a card scheme does. Vial Loop records the refund against the order so your history and your accounting export still agree. It is one more thing you do yourself, and the trade for taking payment straight into your own account.
Can you guarantee payment approval?
No, and you should be suspicious of anybody who says yes. Payment infrastructure involves third parties with their own eligibility and underwriting rules. Vial Loop helps you set up properly and never promises what a provider decides.
